Squirrels

QUESTION: Can I kill Squirrels on my property? Living in a urban area in Citrus County, Florida.

ANSWER: Generally, you can only hunt squirrels during the small game season, unless you have a nuisance wildlife permit issued by the Florida Wildlife Commission (FWC), or as allowed by the legal authorities in your specific urban area.
